Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Contact our support team or cancel through your order panel (Amazon/Flipkart/Our Store).
  • Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

After Dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • You may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.

Return & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

Accepted Returns

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item delivered is expired
  • Must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Opened packets or broken seals (due to food safety regulations)
  • Minor packaging dents not affecting product quality
  • Customer no longer wants the product after delivery

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
